The binding agreement between you and HTX Core governing your use of our trading evaluation platform. Please read carefully before using our services.
⚠️ Important: By accessing or using the HTX Core platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. HTX Core provides simulated trading evaluations only — no real funds are involved.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and HTX Core Ltd. ("HTX Core", "we", "our"), a company registered in the Comoros Islands (Registration No: HY01023052), governing your access to and use of the htx-core.com website and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering, accessing, or using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform.
HTX Core operates a proprietary trading evaluation platform. Our services include:
Critical Distinction: All trading on the HTX Core platform is conducted using virtual funds in a simulated environment. No real money is traded. Subscription fees paid for evaluations are service fees, not investment deposits, and are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use our services.
You must register an account to access the Platform's core features. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. HTX Core will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
HTX Core offers multiple evaluation programmes, each with specific trading objectives and rules. You agree to:
Violation of evaluation rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund. HTX Core reserves the right to review all trading activity and make final determinations regarding rule compliance.
Performance-Based Rewards: Where you qualify for rewards under a funded account programme, such rewards are discretionary performance payments at HTX Core's sole determination and do not constitute wages, investment returns, or financial instrument payouts.
Evaluation Fees: All evaluation programmes require payment of a subscription fee. This fee grants access to the simulated evaluation environment and is considered a service fee.
Refund Policy: Evaluation fees are generally non-refundable. A refund may be issued only where: (a) a technical error prevented access to the programme; (b) the programme was cancelled by HTX Core before commencement; or (c) required by applicable consumer protection law.
Currency: All fees are displayed and charged in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction. HTX Core does not withhold taxes on behalf of users.
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of HTX Core Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform.
The HTX Core name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of HTX Core F.Z.E. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
HTX Core expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
HTX Core is not a licensed broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice or a solicitation to trade financial instruments.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HTX Core, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to HTX Core in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
HTX Core reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid, except where required by applicable law.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Comoros Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
