HTX Core Ltd. ("HTX Core") operates a proprietary trading evaluation platform accessible via htx-core.com. Our services are designed to evaluate trading proficiency using simulated environments and virtual capital. While our platform is accessible globally, regulatory and legal considerations restrict our ability to serve users in certain jurisdictions.

This Jurisdictional Notice supplements our Terms of Service and should be read alongside it. This notice is subject to change as regulatory landscapes evolve. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

Restricted Jurisdictions

HTX Core does not offer or solicit its services in the following jurisdictions. Residents and citizens of these countries are strictly prohibited from registering for or using any HTX Core services:

This list may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in international sanctions regimes, FATF guidance, and applicable law. Users who become residents of a Restricted Jurisdiction after registering must notify us immediately, and their accounts may be subject to closure.

United States Notice

HTX Core may onboard clients from the United States; however, important restrictions apply:

• MetaTrader 5 (MT5): Due to MetaQuotes' policies regarding U.S. residents, MT5 is not available to U.S.-based users.
• Available Platforms: U.S. clients may access HTX Core's evaluation programmes exclusively through TradeLocker and other permitted platforms.
• No CFTC Registration: HTX Core is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or the National Futures Association (NFA). Our services are educational simulation programmes and do not constitute futures, commodities, or securities trading.
• Tax Obligations: U.S. residents are solely responsible for reporting any performance rewards to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as required under U.S. tax law.

Corporate Entities & Regulatory Status

HTX Core operates through multiple legal entities. The following table summarises our key corporate structure:

Regulatory Clarification: None of the above entities are licensed financial services providers, brokers, investment advisers, or exchanges. Our services are strictly educational simulation programmes and do not involve real financial instruments or client money.

Not a Financial Services Provider

HTX Core is emphatically not a financial services firm. We explicitly clarify the following:

• We are not a broker, dealer, market maker, or exchange.
• We do not hold, manage, or invest client funds or deposits.
• We do not provide investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management.
• All trading on our platform occurs in a fully simulated, demo environment using virtual capital with no real market exposure.
• Performance rewards, where applicable, are discretionary payments based on evaluation results — they are not investment returns, dividends, or financial instrument payouts.
• Subscription fees are service fees for access to our evaluation software and are not deposits, are not FDIC-insured, and may not be recovered as investment losses.

User Responsibility

By using the HTX Core platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have independently verified that your use of HTX Core services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You will comply with all applicable local laws, including tax obligations related to any rewards received.
• You will not access or attempt to access our services from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• You have not been named on any international sanctions list and are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned entity.
• You will promptly notify HTX Core if your circumstances change in a way that affects your eligibility to use our services.

HTX Core may employ geolocation, IP analysis, and identity verification tools to enforce these restrictions. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate service to any user who we believe to be in violation of this notice.

Changes to This Notice

The list of Restricted Jurisdictions and other content of this notice may change at any time as sanctions regimes, international regulations, and our operational policies evolve. Material changes will be communicated via our website and, where applicable, via email to registered users.

Continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Jurisdictional Notice.
